Brian started out in the construction business in 1999 contracting his first luxury custom home in the Yorkville area. It was not long before Brian owned his own custom home business where he eventually went on to build over 200 homes. Personal pride, long hours and a will to succeed led to outstanding results and thrilled customers.

Working with other builders opened Brian's eyes to the opportunity to fulfill a lifetime dream of stepping above and being at the top of his game in the construction business. It was at that time that Brian knew he could build better quality homes, and by streamlining his operations build them at much better prices.

With his great eye for detail in every stage of construction, it did not take long to build an outstanding reputation. As the years went on and the Great Recession hit, Brian stepped away from the business for several years. But Brian could not stay away too long and eventually got back into the business before eventually starting Affordable Painting & Handyman with a his son. Brian saw a great need to use his skills as a builder in the remodeling and handyman services areas as people found it neccessary to stay in thier homes instead of moving.

Brian is an early riser by nature and personally supervises every aspect of the remodeling and handyman service process. You will not find that with most construction services providers.
